Moebius 8040 Natural Clock Oil is a high-quality Swiss-made lubricant developed for precision micromechanics, mechanical clock servicing and larger moving components.

Formulated from mineral oils and highly refined natural oils, Moebius 8040 offers very good lubricity, good adhesion and excellent stability. Its higher viscosity makes it particularly suitable for larger parts and slow-moving components operating under significant pressure and torque.

With a viscosity of approximately 150 cSt at 20°C, Moebius 8040 is more viscous than Moebius 8030. The manufacturer specifically recommends 8040 as an alternative to 8030 where excessive wear requires a heavier lubricant.
